What data we collect

This site has no forms and does not ask for data directly. We only receive data when you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, email or by booking a call and, if you hire a service, through the project kickoff form we send you:

• Identification and contact data: name, phone, email.

• Business data: business name, current website, industry and what you tell us about your project.

• Project material: logo, photos, copy and the domain or hosting logins you share so we can build your site.

• Technical visit data: when you open the site, the hosting service automatically logs your IP address, browser and the page visited, for security and operation.

We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, ethnic origin, etc.) or financial data through the site. Please do not send it.

How we use your data

Primary purposes, needed to serve you:

• Reply to your messages and schedule the intro call.

• Sign the service contract with you and deliver the contracted service.

• Invoice and meet legal obligations.

Secondary purpose, which you can refuse: occasionally sending you Kaab Studio news or offers.

To opt out of the secondary purpose, email [NEED: correo para temas de privacidad] with the subject "No promotions". Opting out does not affect the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. To serve you we use third-party services that receive it only for that purpose:

• WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.

• The calendar and video call tool used for booking. [NEED: tool name]

• The service that hosts this site, which logs technical visit data.

• Authorities, when required by law or court order.

Your rights (ARCO)
